摘要
A large amount of solid waste slag is generated in the production process in iron and steel enterprises. As for enterprise which takes blast furnace as the process, blast furnace slag accounts for more than 50%. Blast furnace slag disposal has experienced the following development: as a waste treatment, use in subgrade and foundation engineering, to the stage of comprehensive utilization of resources. At present, blast furnace slag is processed into blast furnace watered slag (BFWS) by water quenching process in China. Now blast furnace watered slag powder (BFWSP) is gradually becoming an important technological path of blast furnace slag utilization. The majority of BFWSP factory is set up independently. An iron and steel enterprise with 600 Mt/a of iron capacity set up a 300 Mt/a water slag powder factory integrated with blast furnace system by intensive integrated land use and reduce the transportation cost. This project is the largest domestic capacity water slag powder project. This plant consist of feeding system, grinding system, product system, auxiliary system, control system etc. The project is success in the project construction and production management. The water-slag powder project match well of large amount of sources of raw materials and products in great demand. The product has broad market prospects. For the iron and steel enterprises, construction of water slag powder project can promote the business development of circular economy and get good environmental benefits. At the same time in the economy angle, the growth of profit also brings to the enterprise. Finally, the iron and steel enterprises can play integration advantages of saving energy and reducing costs through the integration production line. This point has great realistic significance for iron and steel enterprises by constructing of water slag powder project, even plan and design slag powder project together with the blast furnace projects.
