RETRACTED: Coal Mine Safety on Environmental Sustainability Based on Behavior Science (Retracted Article)

Safety is one of the key problems people concern about most not only at present but also in the future. Currently there are many hidden troubles threatening safety. Particularly, the safety problems in coal mines are very serious and in great need of management and control, because they not only influence human's increasing demand for energy, but also affect severely environment. Hence, it's becoming more important to research the relationship between coal mine safety and environmental sustainability. From the angle of Management Science and on the basis of Behavior Science, the paper studied how to guarantee work safety in coal mines by taking advantage of incentive system and means, and regularizing people's behavior. Only to get rid of the hidden dangerous sources, can coal mine safety and environmental sustainability be ensured.
