摘要：
With the popularization of Internet and E-commerce, Chinese economy is stepping from industrialization age into information age. The advent of information age gives an impetus to the emergence of a completely new type of entrepreneurship known as "Information-based Entrepreneurship". Now, a strategic pattern, which features promoting the new-type industrialization by means of information-based entrepreneurship, is taking shape. Thanks to its advantages suck as low investment, considerable profit and quick effect, information-based entrepreneurship witnesses a rapid development and has become a new way for social and economic development characterized by high added-value, high growth, high efficiency but low energy consumption and low pollution. In fact, it can be fully used as a favorable condition to ensure the sustainable development of Chinese industry. Promoting the new-type industrialization by means of information-based entrepreneurship will become a new way to effectively accelerate the process of China's new-type industrialization
