Innovative liner tray profiles for the improvement of the energy efficiency of industrial buildings

摘要
A novel approach to reduce the thermal bridge effect of liner tray wall constructions is to provide the web of the liner tray profile with slots to reduce the heat flow through the web. This slotting leads to a significant reduction in the heat transfer coefficient of the wall construction, but at the same time reduces the load-bearing capacity of the liner tray profile. This work deals on the one hand with the thermal insulation optimisation of the necessary slot geometry in order to achieve a heat transfer coefficient of U <= 0,25 W/(m(2) . K). On the other hand, the load-bearing capacity of the innovative liner tray profiles is determined.
