摘要
The formation of {<10(1)over bar 2>} texture in rapidly solidified Bi1-xSbxTe foils is associated with a particular orientation of covalent bonds. The thermoelectric power of these foils increases substantially in magnitude at temperatures above 520-580 K owing to the annealing of antisite defects. After thermal annealing, the Bi0.6Sb0.4Te and Bi0.1Sb0.9Te foils are characterized by extremal values of thermoelectric power.
