摘要
Emission peak and carbon neutrality are the goals proposed by major economies around the world in the medium and long term in order to cope with global warming. Countries have issued corresponding systems and regulations. Energy and electricity are the main force to achieve the "double carbon" goal. This paper explores the electric power business model from the aspects of infrastructure upgrading, electric energy replacement, comprehensive energy services, and promoting the carbon neutralization market mechanism, etc., seizing the development opportunity of the country to build carbon neutralization.
