A new species Crocidurobia lukoschusi sp. nov. (Acariformes: Myobiidae) from Crocidura tanakae Kuroda, 1938 (Soricomorpha: Soricidae) in Vietnam is described. This new species differs from the close species Crocidurobia michaeli (Poppe, 1896) in females by setae e1 and e2 being narrow lanceolate, 17-24 long (vs. stick-like and maximum 10 long in C. michaeli); in males, by the genital shield situated immediately posterior to setal bases d1 (vs. between levels of setal bases c1 and d1), and by setae ps1 being twice as long as g1 and g2 (vs. subequal to g1 and g2). A key to species of this genus is provided.
