An Empirical Analysis on the Supply of Rural Public Goods, Jiangxi Province

During harmonizing the urban and rural development and building a moderately prosperous society, Jiangxi province is facing a major problem the supply problem of rural public goods. At present, there are still many problems and defects in the supply system of rural public goods of our province, which lead to the inefficient supply of rural public goods. It has seriously impeded the development of rural community economy and the improvement of peasants' standard of living. Since building a new socialist countryside and a harmonious socialist society are two requirements of the time, the institutional innovation and pattern reform of the supply of rural public goods are urgently needed. In the paper, we, firstly, expatiated on the research significance and research status quo of the supply of rural public goods. Then, we carried out an empirical analysis on the factors impacting the supply of rural public goods with statistical methods. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, we analyzed the existing problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
