摘要
Researching the change of frictional behavior of water lubricated plastic alloy bearings under different loads on the bearing test machine at the rotational speed less than 200 rpm shows that the friction factor is nearly. stable under different loads when the rotate speed is less than 60 rpm. At this moment, the bearing and the journal can touch directly that is in the situation of dry friction. The rubber in the plastic alloy produces the heat-degradation to form a stickiness layer making the bearing lubrication with the force of friction. The friction performance of a bearing is rested with the self-lubrication performance of the bearing liner material.
