Theory of positronic F+ centers in ionic crystals

摘要
The binding energy and the two-photon annihilation lifetime tau(F+) of positronic F+ centers in ionic crystals were calculated using the supersymmetric quantum model with the Coulomb cut-off potential. The calculated values agree with the experimental data on tau(2) = tau(F+). The proposed model permits evaluation of effective masses of localized positrons in ionic crystals from experimental lifetimes.
