摘要：
This article considers the need to incorporate cross-cultural considerations in custody and parenting plans. The core of the article reviews the general considerations that guide the need for cultural considerations and the way in which such considerations are made. The major impediments to constructing custody and parenting plans that ensure children the full range of cultural inheritance also are reviewed.
