Fault diagnosis for plain bearing in ICE based on wavelet analysis

摘要
Aiming at the researches on plain bearing's fault diagnosis of diesel engine, this paper presents a signal separation method based on the noise elimination principle with wavelet or wavelet package. Which effectively separates the strong interference impulse signal caused by combustion excitation from vibration signal of diesel engine, and increases the SNR of signal greatly, consequently picks up the characteristic parameters from original signal availably and provides the insurance for fault diagnosis. This method can also be applied in signal separation of other non-stable and time varying and low SNR signal containing strong interference impulse, in order to pick up the weak signal from signal including strong interference.
