摘要：
The nature of three application-oriented with independent colleges and its training position for application-oriented talents determine the key role in the process of training students. It should adapt to the needs of local economic construction, lay the profession position as the main line, through the ways of scientific plan, characteristical profession and direction orientation, the full use of social resources, and construct an open practical teaching system of independent colleges' own.
