摘要
This article emphasizes the design, analysis and fabrication of conventional and multiband metamaterial antennas. The benefits of employing composite right/left-handed structure on bandwidth and gain are emulated. The structures with metamaterial properties handle multiple bandwidths of operation. The antennas are simulated by the CST microwave studio, fabricated on FR4 and measured using network analyzer. The measured and simulated results have fair match.
