摘要：

This topic explore the scientific research of competitive intelligence requirements of technology transfer from technology transfer mode and process, which is based on the technology contract registration perspective, trying to integrate the method and concept of competitive intelligence research into the technology transfer of scientific research institutes. It is also attempt to further explore the construction of scientific research institutes intelligence platform for technology transfer service contents and methods, and put forward some advices.
