摘要
This paper references enterprise core competence theory research which is used to research the problem of M&A. Based on the research on the core competence theory, this paper makes the process into three steps, the protection of core ability, transfer and diffusion, expansion and upgrading. As a result of perfection degree of enterprise, the external performance of core competence is divided into basic state, middle state, and maturation state.
