摘要
The evolution of the automotive industry towards a replacement of mechanical systems with electrical aggregates in future generations of vehicles has lead to an increasing demand for smart current sensor microsystems. These systems are fundamental not only for the control of electronic modules, but also for the global energy management of the battery. In this paper we present a universal magnetoresistive current sensor microsystem designed for the measurement of high currents in such automotive applications.
