摘要
Job satisfaction of teachers in universities is a key indicator to measure the occupational subjective feelings of teachers in universities; meanwhile, job satisfaction of teachers in universities is also an important factor for their occupational development. Its influence can be mainly manifested in two aspects, namely, the relationship between job satisfaction of teachers in universities and job burnout of teachers; the relationship between job satisfaction of teachers in university and teachers' resignation. Research shows that job satisfaction of teachers in universities and job burnout of teachers as well as the resignation of teachers is negatively correlated, therefore, it needs to improve job satisfaction of teachers in universities, so as to promote the healthy occupational development of teachers.
