Synthesis, dielectric and ferroelectric characterization of bismuth titanate ceramics

摘要：
Strontium modified (SrBi4Ti4O15) and "pure" bismuth titanate (Bi4Ti3O12), were prepared by ordinary firing (OF) and hot forging (HF). Samples with grain oriented (F>0.90) were obtained after hot forging. Ferroelectric, dielectric and piezoelectric characterizations reveal that polarization reorientation is restricted to the planes of the platelike grains.
