摘要：
The paper studied the reliability of distribution service and analyzed its influencing factors, then proposed a distribution service reliability evaluation method based on the related theory of Markov process. We can solve out the probability of distribution service reliability and find ways to improve the reliability of distribution services with this method. It provides a theoretical basis for evaluating distribution centers and for improving distribution centers service reliability standards.
