摘要
When the network based opinion provides a chance of equal communications between the individual and the public, it also brings about opinion crisis based network to government. Based on the analysis of data from an Internet forum, this paper studies the evolution of opinion formation based network. It is found that the opinion formation based network presents obvious interest decay. Proposed new chances for government to cope with public opinion based the analysis of decay process of opinion formation based network.
