摘要
The necessity of designing equipment health management system (EHMS) based on oil monitoring is analyzed. Then the oil monitoring contents and functions are also analyzed, and oil monitoring information demands is researched. On this basis of the analysis, EHMS based on oil monitoring is designed, and the general framework of the system is put forward. Also, the important function modules of the system are researched in detail. The system is established on B/S mode, including in-site local and remote information acquisition, oil monitoring, equipment performance evaluation, health condition management, remaining useful life prediction, maintenance decision support, network communication, etc.
