摘要：
The stereochemistry of some acetals of o-phthaldialdehyde with 2-substituted-1,3-propanediols have been investigated by NMR methods. The trans, trans, cis, cis and cis, trans diastereoisomers of some of these compounds have been observed by the NMR spectra using the specific, values of the coupling constants and NOE experiments.
