Non-conventional methods for porphyrins synthesis

摘要
The porphyrins and related compounds occur an important place into the present high-technologies, practical not existing any area where such compounds to be used. In spite of their high price and the preparation difficulties, despite the fact that porphyrin compounds and the methods to produce them are well established, there still exists a need for an improved technique for synthesizing porphyrin compounds. In this paper is presented a comparative study between the conventional methods (chemical) and the non-conventional (microwave, radiochemical, photochemical) for porphyrins synthesis. The experimental conditions and analytical proofs are discussed, too.
