摘要
Water conflicts occurred frequently because of the serious contradiction between water supply and demand, especially in trans-boundary river basin. The concept of trans-boundary water system conflict brittleness was proposed base on complex system brittleness theory. The factors affecting the brittleness of trans-boundary water system conflict were analyzed from the different aspects. And then 22 factors were selected to form an index system to evaluate the conflict brittleness of trans-boundary water resources system. The evaluation model of conflict brittleness of trans-boundary water system was established based on combined weighing method. Finally, a case study on Zhanghe River Basin was conducted.
