摘要：

The article analyzes the training of professional talents in information management and information system, combining the realization and thinking of practice teaching, it provides a reform measure from six aspects: making the direction of professional training clear, improving curriculum system, strengthening the teaching practice, training the high-level faculty, enriching the ways of course teaching and reforming the examination system.
