INDICATIONS OF ORALITY IN THE DIALECTAL POETRY OF FERNANDO BANDINI

The article identifies stylistic elements that hint at oral realization in the dialect poems of Santi di dicembre (1994) and Meridiano di Greenwich (1998) by Fernando Bandini. Starting from La ciupinara, chosen as guiding text because of its exemplary value, the signals of oral performance are traced within the dialect production - but in an active comparison with the author's Italian production. Short verses with strong cadence, rhymes and phonic references, cataphoric enjambments and deictics transform I puteleti del vampiro, La grande late, L'omo col saco, etc. into dark fairy tales in verse intended to be reproduced in front of a live audience.
