摘要
The description of a criterion for the strong solvability of the mixed Cauchy problem for the Laplace equation is described. The necessary and sufficient condition for Mixed Cauchy problem and the construction of the functions ψ1 and ψ2 are constructed by Hadamard. An important role is played by the eigenvalue problem for the Laplace equation with deviating arguments. A system of linear homogeneous equations with respect to these constants is also obtained. The operator equation is obtained by applying the inverse operator Lc-1 to the Cauchy problem.
