摘要：
In this paper, the three analytical dimensions of the core competence and the relative index systems are proposed. The methods of determining index values and evaluation are set up. Based on the analytical dimensions a dimension-level model of evaluating the core competence and a level analytical method are proposed. An application case is given in the paper.
