摘要
The lattice site location of Co has been determined in congruent LiNbO3 crystals doped with Co by particle-induced X-ray emission combined with channelling techniques. Co has been found to occupy exclusively the Li site. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
