摘要
This paper proposes a graphene assembled film (GAF) based millimeter wave antenna array for 5G mobile communication applications. The GAF has high electrical conductivity of 1.1x10(6) S/m with a thickness of 24 mu m. The proposedd GAF antenna array has 10 patch elements with Taylor current distribution. Simulated and test results show that the impedance range of GAF antenna array is 38.63-39.37 GHz at -10 dB, which is better than copper antenna. In addition, the main radiation beam, gain, and sidelobes of the GAF array are similar to those of the copper antenna array, indicating that the GAF array is a good alternative for 5G applications.
