Quality Assessment of Websites of Rural and Urban-Rural Municipalities' Local Governments in The Silesian Voivodeship In Terms of Accessibility

The article is aimed at the quality analysis in terms of websites accessibility of e-offices of rural and urban-rural municipalities in the Silesian Voivodeship. The automatic web application detecting errors and warnings of municipalities' websites has been used herein. On the grounds of the statistical analyses, correlations between the quality of websites and the population, as well as the municipalities' income have been presented. The disclosed correlations can influence quality improvement and thus, accessibility of websites to digitally excluded people.
