Current mode low noise amplifier for ultra wide-band applications

摘要：
A new Current-Mode Law Noise Amplifier (LNA) for UWB systems is designed and simulated in 0.35mum SiGe BiCMOS technology. The current gain of the LNA is 9.39dB; the bandwidth is 5GHz and the noise figure around 3dB all aver the entire band.
