摘要
To improve the anti-demagnetization capability of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM), optimization design of the rotor structure is carried out in this paper. A simplified magnetic circuit (SMC) model for V+U shaped IPMSM is established to preliminarily analyze the cause of demagnetization. Considering the effect of magnetic saturation, back electromotive force (BEMF) before and after demagnetization is analyzed by finite element analysis (FEA). The influence of rotor structure parameters on demagnetization is studied in order to provide some methods to reduce the demagnetization risk of IPMSM. An optimization strategy is proposed to rapidly optimize the anti-demagnetization performance of IPMSM.
