摘要：
The rational and irrational managements are interdependent and in penetration, there is no absolutely pure rationality; there is no absolutely pure irrationality either. The rational management has a very important role to play for the maintenance of normal working order, but the non-rational management enhances their sense of participation and the awareness of creation.
