摘要
The increasingly frequent extreme weather is a serious threat to the economical and safe operation of the distribution network. Aiming at the current situation that the distribution network is difficult to quickly restore regular power supply after a disaster, an optimal allocation method for energy storage considering catastrophe scenarios is proposed. Firstly, the mechanism model of typhoon and rainstorm is constructed by load effect to describe the damage probability of circuit elements accurately, and typical extreme fault scenarios are selected based on Shannon entropy; Secondly, a resilience index is proposed to comprehensively reflect the impact of energy storage on the resilience level of the distribution network; Finally, to maximize economy and minimize the risk of loss of load, a stochastic optimal configuration model of energy storage in the distribution network is established. The modified IEEE 33-node distribution network is used to verify the validity of the optimization model.
