This is a rare variant of large cell lymphoma characterized by intravascular neoplastic cells proliferation, with frequent skin and neurologic involvement. A 51 year-old man presented with cervical, inguinal, abdominal, thoracic and paravertebral nodules, weight loss, fever, chronic cough and hepatomegaly. Cervical nodule biopsy demonstrated blood vessels filled by non-cohesive large cells with vesicular nuclei and distinct nucleoli. The immunohistochemistry study was extremely important to the diagnosis and we conclude to be an intravascular large T-cells lymphoma. The patient died 2 months later.
