摘要：
How to using industrial waste residue as raw material to produce anti-scouring and wear-resisting cement was introduced in this paper. According to the proportioning design of raw meal, steel slag, waste iron ore tailing, slag were mixed into raw material, the practical applications showed that this kind of cement has high anti-scouring and wear-resisting performance.
