摘要
The development and implementation of organ-preserving treatment methods in patients of reproductive age is the priority trend in modern oncology. The results of using high-tech methods developed at Tomsk Cancer Research Institute were discussed. The technique of forming the obturator apparatus of the uterus using the superelastic nitinol mesh implant was presented, and high efficacy of this implant in terms of pregnancy outcome was shown. The reproductive results and recommended methods of assisted reproductive technologies for this category of patients were analyzed. In conclusion, recommendations for the application of high-tech methods for radical trachelectomy, as well as guidelines for follow-up care and delivery in patients with cervical cancer after radical trachelectomy were given.
