摘要：
In order to deal with the copyright issues in the digital video broad casting (DVB) environment, a MPEG domain watermarking algorithm is proposed. The watermark is embedded by modulation of certain DCT coefficients. The threshold of the detector is dynamically adjusted along the time-axis to fit the frame characteristics. The proposed method is of low complexity and is easy to be implemented in the consumer electronics devices. It can be applied in the copy control and user tracing scenarios.
