摘要
Business schools, Employee attitudes, Graduates, Unemployment, Work Examines an increasingly important employment concern facing recent business school graduates, namely underemployment. Estimates of under-employment typically average about 20 per cent. Two-hundred-and-seventeen recent business school graduates provided data using anonymous questionnaires. Explores the relationship of under-employment to a variety of work outcomes and psychological well-being measures. Recent business school graduates reporting greater under-employment also reported less positive work attitudes; however, under-employment was unrelated to psychological well-being. Draws implications for individuals and organizational management.
