Employees' Psychological Boundary and the Impacting Factors

摘要
The purpose of the paper is focused on two fields: how to define psychological boundary and how to analyze the relative factors. The research method is theoretical method. The paper firstly defines employees' psychological boundary in which the core element is the word "identity"; Secondly, to explore how psychological boundary takes into effect in the organization, the paper analyzes the issue from four aspects theoretically, that is, the individual, the leadership, the group as well as the organizational culture. In accordance with different forms of the four aspects, the paper finally divides them into three impacting factors, named as the principal, the object and the environment, which interact and coordinate together and affect the formation of psychological boundary jointly.
