Radio spectra and radio-loudness of low-luminosity AGNs

摘要：

We investigated the empirical relation between black hole mass (MBH), Eddington ratio (L-bol/L-Edd), and radio loudness (R-RL: a ratio of radio to optical luminosity) of nearby lowluminosity active galactic nuclei (LLAGNs). A best-fit plane was found in the three-dimensional space using a sample of 48 nearby LLAGNs: R-RL = m(BH)(0.52 +/- 0.14) (L-bol/L-Edd)(-0.39 +/- 0.08). This suggests that spectral energy distributions of LLAGNs are controlled by both the black hole mass and accretion rate.
