摘要：
This research studies the effect of the type and size of businesses on performance in quality management practices. The MBNQA criteria are used to measure organizational quality for 82 applicants to the Arizona Governor's Quality Award. The results indicate that size of organization has a great effect and type of business has some effect on quality management.
