摘要：

Since the second half of 2008, financial crisis started in America has spread to most countries worldwide. The financial hurricane has a great negative impact on the international trade, and increases the risk of global trade, especially in the following two aspects: the environment risk and credit risk. To better overcome the severe risk of international trade, Enterprises, Industry Association and Government must have a good cooperation.
