摘要：
In light of the complexity and ambiguity characteristics of investement evaluation in high-tech enterprises as well as the main investment risks, this paper makes research on the investment risk evaluation index system and evaluation method of high-tech enterprises based on the principle of grey clustering method. This research is aiming at providing references and methods for investment risk evaluation of high-tech enterprises by full use of given information and it has a great significance in promote innovation and development of high-tech enterprises.
