摘要：
The article presents the results of a case study of the implementation of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) at the accounting services enterprise. The introduction presents a definition and the essence of the RPA and the grounds justifying the RPA application to the accounting processes automation. Then, with a literature review, the benefits and limitations of the office processes automation, especially accounting processes, are discussed. The main part of the article presents the experience of the implementation of the RPA at an accounting services enterprise in Poland. The empirical study has involved a case study method and an individual uncategorized interview. The results show that not all the accounting processes have been successfully automated and the RPA software must be still improved. The experiments justify further studies of the RPA implementations at accounting services enterprises.
