摘要
QoR (Quality of Result) benchmarking is the most important topic of FPGA Software, Resource utilization, timing performance, memory utilization and runtime are the key indexes of QoR benchmarking for Software release. Among those indexes, timing performance is the most important index for FPGA core engine. How to generate reliable and effective QoR data mainly rely on QoR benchmark method. This paper is to present QoR benchmarking methodology including the analysis of which factors impact QoR results, how to reduce the uncertain factor to produce reliable and comparable QoR benchmarking data, and how to deliver QoR result based on statistical data for current software release comparing to prior release.
