摘要
Contemporary society places emphasis on flexibility, originality and new approaches, therefore it is a teachers' duty to cultivate independence and creative thinking in pupils during the teaching already at primary schools, and teachers should not be afraid to experiment or use new alternative approaches in teaching. There are many factors that influence creativity. Some are closely related to it, some have only a minor impact. The complexity of the structure of personality traits suggests that to determine a clear-cut relation is not possible. The artical is focused on creativity in primary school children who grow up in various cultural and living conditions. We work with the results from the Torrance figural test of Creative Thinking, which was handed out at primary schools in the Czech Republic and the Republic of Turkey.
