摘要
Anaerobic digestion has been evaluated as one of the most energy-efficient and environmentally beneficial technology for bioenergy production. In the present paper, there was tested the alfalfa biomass in different concentrations and particles dimension, in order to establish the optimal concentration for obtaining biogas. This was comminuted to different granulations in a laboratory mill, then was added in various amounts in the same amount of water. To assess the suitability and profitability of biogas feedstock, laboratory tests consisted of determination of total suspended solids (TSS), pH, the refractive index (nD) and the substrate consumption.
